Organizer Agreement

This Organizer Agreement is made between Naarisafar and the participating tour provider. By using NaariSafar, the Organizer agrees to the following terms:

1. Role of NaariSafar

• NaariSafar acts only as a Facilitator between Organizers and Clients.
• NaariSafar does not own, operate, or manage any tours or travel services.
• The Organizer is an independent service provider, not an employee or agent.

2. Organizer Obligations

2.1 Accurate Information

• Tour details & itineraries
• Pricing
• Cancellation/refund policy
• Safety information
• Required permits

2.2 Legal Compliance

• Consumer Protection Act (India)
• GST regulations (if applicable)
• Local travel & tourism rules
• Insurance requirements (if any)

2.3 Safety & Conduct

• Ensure reasonable safety measures
• Maintain professional and respectful conduct
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or misconduct
• Manage local vendors responsibly

2.4 Execution Responsibilities

• Transportation, accommodation, meals
• On-ground coordination
• Activities & safety briefings
• Emergency response procedures

3. Fees & Payments

• NaariSafar may charge a platform/commission fee.
• Payments from Clients may be routed through NaariSafar, then transferred to the Organizer.
• Refunds must follow the Organizer’s own policy, which the Organizer must submit in writing.

4. Cancellations

• Notify Clients promptly of cancellations
• Provide refunds as per their own policy
• Provide alternative options when possible
• NaariSafar is not responsible for Organizer cancellations

5. Liability

• Organizer is solely liable for injuries, damages, losses during the tour
• Misconduct of staff/vendors
• Inaccurate information or misrepresentation
• Service quality and delivery

Organizer indemnifies NaariSafar from claims arising due to Organizer negligence or service failure.

6. Intellectual Property

Organizer grants NaariSafar permission to use tour photos, descriptions, and branding for promotional purposes.

7. Termination

• Provides false information
• Violates laws or safety standards
• Receives multiple serious complaints
• Breaches this Agreement

8. Jurisdiction

Disputes shall be governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction at Bangalore.
