Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Role of Naari Safar

Naari Safar acts as an intermediary and does not control tour cancellations or refunds. All refunds are processed according to the Organizer’s policy.

2. Client Cancellations

Cancellations must be sent in writing to both the Organizer and Naari Safar. Refunds depend entirely on the Organizer’s stated policy.

3. Organizer Cancellations

If an Organizer cancels due to operational issues, weather, safety, low participation, or political disturbances, they must provide either a full refund or an alternative tour option.

4. No-Shows

Clients who fail to join the tour on time are treated as no-shows. No refunds apply unless permitted by the Organizer.

5. Force Majeure

Events beyond control (floods, earthquakes, strikes, pandemics) are handled as per the Organizer’s policy.

6. Payment Processing

Refunds may take 7–21 business days depending on banking channels and Organizer processing time.

7. Dispute Assistance

Naari Safar may help mediate disputes but cannot enforce refunds.
